Transcription Service Terms
Effective October 14, 2026
1. These terms
These Transcription Service Terms apply when you use MyAi transcription: the pages at myaitoken.io/transcribe, the upload and link tool at myaitoken.io/transcribe/try, and the batch API at api.myaitoken.io. They add to the MyAi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply. Where they differ on transcription, these terms govern. By submitting audio or video, you agree to them. The service is operated by MyAi Network.
2. Your audio and your rights to it
Only submit audio or video that you own or have permission to transcribe, including permission from the people who can be heard where the law requires it. You keep all rights in what you submit and in the transcripts. You give MyAi Network a limited permission to store, process and transmit your files and transcripts only to provide the service to you. We do not sell them or use them to train models.
3. How processing works
Transcription runs on GPUs operated by independent providers in the MyAi network, not only in our own data centre. Providers receive the audio needed for their part of the work and send back text. Some work is checked by having a second provider repeat it. Because of this, do not submit confidential, medical, legal, financial or otherwise regulated recordings, or recordings whose disclosure to a third party would harm someone.
4. Uploaded files and links
Files you upload are stored to be transcribed and are deleted automatically 7 days after upload; you can ask us to delete one sooner. Transcripts stay available in your account so you can download them; to have them deleted, email us from the address on your account. When you paste a link, we fetch the page or feed only to find its audio file, and agents download that file from its public address. Only submit links to content you are allowed to access and transcribe. We do not transcribe from streaming services such as YouTube or Spotify.
5. Accuracy, speaker labels and suggested names
Transcripts, timestamps and speaker labels are produced automatically and can contain errors. Speaker labels are generic (Speaker 1, Speaker 2…). Names you add, and names we suggest from the recording, are yours to check before you rely on them. Review anything important before you publish or act on it.
6. Credit, trial and pricing
Transcription is paid from prepaid credit in US dollars, at the price shown on myaitoken.io/transcribe, currently $0.10 per audio hour. New email accounts may receive a one-time free trial. A batch reserves its estimated cost when submitted and is charged only for audio that was transcribed and accepted; the rest of the reservation is released. Credit is bought through Stripe. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will look into it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that sexualises minors, or that you obtained by breaking access controls. Do not use the service to harass, surveil or identify people without a lawful basis. Do not try to overload, probe or abuse the service or the providers' machines. We may refuse, stop or delete work that breaks these terms, and suspend the account involved.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Turnaround times are estimates. To the extent the law allows, MyAi Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for the transcription service is limited to the amount you paid for transcription in the 30 days before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the same law as the MyAi Terms of Service. Questions, deletion requests or rights complaints: [email protected].
