Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect: (a) Account information — email address, display name, and hashed password when you register; (b) Wallet information — Base wallet address generated or connected by you; (c) Usage data — jobs submitted, prompts (not stored long-term), compute metrics; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, session tokens via cookies. We do NOT sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: authenticate your account; route compute jobs; calculate and distribute MYAI rewards; send transactional emails (verification, password reset); detect abuse and enforce Terms of Service; improve the platform.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Job metadata (no prompts) is retained for 90 days. Session data expires after 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, tunnel) — see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy; GitHub OAuth (optional sign-in) — see docs.github.com/site-policy/privacy-policies; Google OAuth (optional sign-in) — see policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session token). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You may decline optional cookies via the banner — this will not affect core functionality.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data in a portable format; object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 10). Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Database access is restricted by network policy. We conduct periodic security reviews.

8. Children

MyAi is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact [email protected].

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
