1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MyAi platform (myaitoken.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. MyAi is operated by MyAi Network.
2. Service Description
MyAi is a decentralized GPU compute marketplace. Users may contribute idle GPU compute resources ("Providers") or submit AI inference jobs ("Consumers"). Compute is processed locally on provider hardware via Ollama. MyAi facilitates job routing and rewards Providers with MYAI tokens on the Base network.
3. MYAI Token Disclaimer
MYAI is a utility token used solely to pay for and reward compute services on the MyAi network. MYAI is not a security, investment instrument, or store of value. Holding MYAI does not confer ownership, equity, or profit rights in MyAi Network. The value of MYAI may be zero. Do not purchase or hold MYAI with expectation of profit.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Providers must: (a) only register hardware they own or are authorized to use; (b) maintain reasonable uptime; (c) process jobs honestly and return accurate inference results; (d) not tamper with or manipulate job results. Providers found returning fraudulent results may be banned and have earnings withheld.
5. Consumer Responsibilities
Consumers must: (a) only submit lawful prompts; (b) not use the network to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; (c) maintain sufficient MYAI credit balance before submitting jobs. MyAi reserves the right to terminate access for policy violations.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MyAi to: generate CSAM or content sexualizing minors; produce malware, exploits, or cyberweapons; violate any applicable law or regulation; reverse-engineer the platform; or attempt to manipulate the compute network.
7. Payments and Fees
Compute may be purchased in US dollars or, where supported, in MYAI. Consumer pricing is published at myaitoken.io/pricing and is denominated in USD; MYAI-denominated payment is an additional option and is not required to use the network. Of each job payment settled through the MyAi escrow contract, 73% is allocated to the provider that performed the work, 20% is burned, and 7% is allocated to the protocol treasury. Fees are non-refundable. Failed jobs are refunded to the consumer credit balance. Provider rewards accrue as ledger entries prior to any token generation event, are not guaranteed, and may be zero. MyAi does not guarantee provider earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyAi is provided "as is" without warranties. MyAi Network is not liable for: loss of MYAI tokens; failed or inaccurate inference results; downtime; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of MYAI deposited in the prior 30 days.
9. Modifications
MyAi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
